(1) A National Research Department shall be established under the "Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers" to conduct service-related work.
(2) The National Research Department established according to sub-section (1) may be established as per the need under the supervision and control.
(3) The Nepal Public Relations Office and the offices under it established before the commencement of this section shall be deemed to have been transformed into the National Research Department and the offices under it after the commencement of this section.
